The Frames are a leisurely 3 hour drive from Adelaide and a 1 ½ hour drive from Mildura in Victoria. From Adelaide you travel along the A1 then take the M20 (Northern Expressway) and then continue on the A20 (Sturt Highway) to Paringa. From Mildura take the A20 (Sturt Hwy) and from Sydney travel via the A24 (Mid-Western Hwy) to the A20 (Sturt Hwy).

Hire cars are available in Mildura, Adelaide and Renmark.
