A New Gin Blending Experience

Let your senses lead the way as you explore the taste profiles of 23rd Street Distillery’s botanical distillates to create your own exclusive signature blend of gin with a private masterclass.

Opened in late 2016, the 23rd St Distillery brings new life to the Historic Renmano Winery of Renmark. The rich history of the site has been creatively blended with new age technology and architecture to deliver an open and earthy visitor centre and distilling facility.

Delve into the unique and wonderful world of this hip botanical spirit and learn about the origin of gin production and the process of the modest distillation of juniper berries infused with local and native botanicals.

Gin Blending Experience

Start the masterclass and your palate off with 23rd Streets Signature Gin blend which pays homage to humble Riverland flavours with aromas led by juniper, Riverland mandarin, lime and coriander with hints of spices. Throughout this private class you will be guided by 23rd Streets Head Distiller and enjoy a unique experience blending up to 12 botanicals as you develop your own signature gin flavour while learning the complex art of distillation.

At the end of the class compare your unique blend with 23rd Streets Signature Gin and take home your very own hand blended 200ml bottle to enjoy at your own leisure. We recommend a slice of local Riverland lime blended with Bickford’s tonic served on the banks of the Murray River.

Twenty Third street is an ode to the Riverland and is as rich in flavour profile as it is in history, these locals are ’charting new flavour territories with old-school craftsmanship to bring you sensory pleasures savoury and sweet, bright and smooth, contradictory yet united- Twenty Third Street. Prime spirits for the liberated palate’.

Enjoy a complimentary tour and tasting (valued at $50) filled with discovery, opening one’s mind and senses to new dimensions. Guests of The Frames can book a Gin Masterclass and receive a private session (usually bookings only accepted for large groups) for $80.
